while ago, a very good friend of ours had a house fire. No one was
home. Because they live in a rural area, neighbors are a good
distance away. No one knew it was on fire for almost a half an hour.
By the time the fire fighters arrived, this was pretty much the
scene. (actual photo)A couple of hours later, a representative from his insurance company showed up. He asked my friend if he had an inventory, which he replied, “No.” He handed him a clip board and asked him to write everything down. A tough time for anyone to recall all that they own. After an hour, he handed the clip board back to the rep, who briefly looked over the list. He then asked him what model T.V. he had. What kind of stove and microwave? Well, as most of us would do, he said, “I don’t know.” When he received his check from the insurance company, it was for $36,000. Based on his insurance coverage, the check should have been approximately $210,000. Without documentation, we all see the difference. Buying just the essentials to get the family back to normal, the money was almost all gone. They hadn’t even bought any major purchases yet, but were low on the funds. Seeing the disappointment on his face, and seeing the struggle his family endured, we saw the need for our service. Since that day, we have promised that we will get as many people as possible to do home inventories. Don’t have this house be yours anytime soon. |

Hello, my name is Heather Hall. Along with my
husband, Lee, we own Home Inventory Inc. We are small business
owners dedicated to providing the highest quality service to our
customers at all times. When you call Home Inventory Inc, you will
always be greeted by one of us. We feel the owner should be the face
of any successful business. More than likely you were referred to us by someone you trust, whether that be your insurance agent, attorney, another service professional or even a family member or friend. That should tell you of the dedication in providing you with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity and confidence. We treat all of our clients as family. You are inviting us into your home and trusting us to do our job, and do it well. We give you and your family the respect they deserve, as we would give our own family. All residential inventories are performed by Lee, an owner in the company. This insures to you that at all times, your home is held in the highest regards. Lee and I are born and raised Rhode Islanders, and still reside in North Providence. We have three beautiful children and are very close to all our family. I have been in education for more than 15 years and am fully dedicated to my family. Lee has been involved in youth sports and after school programs for more than 20 years.
